Near the theater building on the hospital's campus, a small, rundown building is being used for prop storage and what looks to be a band's rehearsal space. Stage productions and concerts are still attracting visitors, and a small theater company called The Argyle Society uses the theater regularly. The next show, 'The Pirates of Penzance,' opens Friday night!
